As a Swish Coach, you'll wear two hats — helping run our club team practices at Lake Forest Sports Park andserving as a league coach inside schools through our Swish League program. You'll also be part of the team that runs our camps and events throughout the year. This is a hands-on, high-impact role built for someone who loves the game and loves even more what it can do for kids.

* Additional hours available during Swish camps and special events throughout the year.
What You'll Do
Lead and coach your assigned Swish League team throughout the 13-week season
Assist with Swish Club team practices for Young Strivers and Rising Strivers
Create a positive, structured, and encouraging environment for every athlete
Help run camps and Swish events as needed throughout the year
Build genuine relationships with players and support their growth on and off the court
Arrive on time, prepared, and energized — every single session
Communicate professionally with parents, players, and Swish staff
Uphold the Swish Solutions mission: Aim for Greatness, Strive for Success
What We're Looking For
Passion for basketball and genuine love for working with youth
Prior playing or coaching experience preferred (high school, college, or club level)
Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full schedule
Strong communication skills with players, parents, and staff
Ability to adapt coaching to different skill levels — from beginners to competitive athletes
Experience or willingness to work with students with disabilities is a major plus
IBI (Inclusive Behavioral Intervention) training is a plus — we can also help you get certified
Must be available Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri as scheduled
